I will do it this time


2009 is my year to lose the weight that have attached itself to my perfect body. ;-) I vow to do no SHOPPING until i get to where i need to be. Whew, I'm going to need some encouragement on that no shopping deal.

My Goals:
Completed 6/29/09--1. Lose 15 lbs by 6/30/09. --Accomplished goal 1 on time.
2. Exercise everyday
3. Keep drinking at least 96 oz of h2o daily.
4. Cut back on the breads especially bagels
5. Stay stress free


My Program:
 1. Cutting back on food intake
2. Exercising almost everyday
3. trying to stay away from breads or limiting my portions
4. Stay positive.
