thanks for the kind words! i started running again at over 300 lb... it was very slow and steady. i did the couch to 5K program (from cool runnings.com), and joined the couch to 5K sparkgroup and that that helped a lot! then i just kept going. i did a 10K running program, and then i signed up for a half marathon clinic... and yesterday i ran my first half marathon!! so as long as you take it slow and steady you can do anything :). any time you have any questions just ask, i am more than happy to help you along in any way i can anika 2686 days ago
