Thanks for your comments on my first-ever blog. I was really nervous about "putting it out there" and hesitated a long time. I'm glad I finally took the plunge. Also want to say thanks for the knitting goodies. I've never learned how, but now I have supplies and should give it a try! May I add you as a friend? I see you're a member of the Over 50 with 100+ to lose. I recently joing the Over 60 with 100-200 to lose. Really appreciate the support of all my new SP friends. I never got too involved before. I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the 50+ members with 100+ Pounds to lose TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker.
