Just do it!

Correction: 2021 is the Year of Me. Still working on my 2020 goal.
I have shed 20# and 15 inches and am at pre-pandemic weight and getting closer to my 2020 goal. No magic: "just do it!"

2020 is the Year of Me as I journey towards improved health and wellness. With a great Q1, Q2 & Q3 were overshadowed by stress eating from the pandemic. I am determined to finish Q4 strong, from my commitment and actions and Spark support and the Fall 5% Challenge. Q4 was a disappointment. Just started Winter 5% Challenge. Week 1: Lost 5#. My resolve feels strong. I WILL do this!

Hips: Lost 2"
BMI 25.5 just short of goal to achieve healthy range of 25
WHR .72
Size: 12 (from sz 14)


My Program:
100 Days of Accountability, Ongoing Chapters

Make good with actions for progress on Program

Reflect on the positives and blessings in every day.

5% Challenge Programs. They keep me actively engaged.

Exercise 5 days for 30 min; 2 days for 10 min

Eat a healthy balanced 1200 - 1555 calories daily. 5 of 7 days will be 1100 calories or less. Holidays, family events, vacation option: max daily calories=weight x 15 calories.
Snacks are healthy choices and if not, VERY limited
No eating past 7p.



Personal Information:
Happily married with 3 terrific grown boys, 4 lovely grandkids. Took an early retirement in 2009, which presented many new lifestyle changes. Have a bookkeeping business going that has me working much too much; watch 6 yr old granddaughter 2 days weekly and grand toddler the same 2 days....and still must make time for my client work, so I am very busy all of the time.


Other Information:
Enjoy time with family and friends, mini vacations, a little gardening, online jigsaw puzzles, and when time permits reading. Recently got interested in watercolor after a class...haven't really found the time to continue this interest.

    Thanks for the goodie. I would love a vacation home. It is so fun to gather and enjoy the company of my kids and grands in a place where we don't have to do much but be together. I love your idea of bringing your pot so you can make a traditional meal. I drive my kids crazy because I keep trying new recipes. Some are great and some are "interesting." I usually have to serve something very beige so my picky eaters will enjoy food as well.

    I love thinking of you having a few days with your family that is just for you all to bond and laugh and play games. it is the times that bring the memories forever.
