Fitness Minutes: 70,111

My Goals:
My goal is to be 10 pounds lighter, but most of all healthy and happy.

Keep moving forward. One step at a time.

My Program:
Cardio - 30 minutes a day 6 days a week.
Strenght training - 3 times per week.
Track, Track, Track - EVERYTHING
Water, Water & More Water.

Personal Information:
Live in Eastern Oregon.

Happily married to a wonderful guy for 33 years in September.

Work outside the home as a bookkeeper.
