    Thanks for responding back! I forgot I wrote you abt that! I probably will get the 30 d Shred and see what happens bcz i have the last 8-10 pounds to knock off and that wld be a surprise as well to my body.

    I do have an elliptical (like at the health clubs) at home and maybe should start doing that more often instead of trying to run. It is true i do not have the best of knees anymore, but I am still able to jog some but not everyday.

    My eating sweets (candy) is my biggest vice, I am working on that now and probably I wld be close to my "new goal" if it was not an issue. Taking it one day at a time with that and hopefully I will win the struggle.

    Thanks for rsponding back and we all know how the "priorities" makes hanging on the computer a hassel. As long as you are sticking to your goals and know what needs to be done for you we will be here when you need us! Take Care! Kim emoticon

    Thanks so much for your reply to my post on the 30Day Shred teampage. You were one of my inspiration to try this all over again. Reading about your 10 pounds weightloss really motivated me. I can already tell I'm in better shape now than when I tried it the first time. The first time L1D1, I thought I was gonna die but this time around, I barely broke a sweat and the time seemed to go faster. emoticon Anywho, thanks again for the encouragement, feel free to post some encouragement on my page from time to time and I will do the same for you. emoticon
