    Thanks for the visit to my blog. Yeah, Chili's was my downfall on Sunday. Well, today is Monday and a new day. This Chili's on Sunday at least was filled with families, so not too noisy.

    I am moving on to Level 3. I have my planks down. People on the thread said that level 3 was easier. I checked it out and NOT. I did the walking plank with push up and did most of the push ups. I see a lot of challenge on this Level I think I am ready.

    Jumping will get your heart rate up there in a hurry. Lots of jumping in this level. emoticon
