    Congrats to you on your determination to continue with JM. I'm on Level I too. I also started last month. Getting up and down off the floor was a bit shocking to my system, but forced me to get it into gear. Then the push-ups and the jumping jacks. But I was and am determined to complete the vid without stopping. So far, so good. I want to move to the next level, but it's a building process. Some routines I can do with no problem now. But others are still a challenge - like the bicycle crunches at the end for ONE MINUTE! Those are killers but great!

    So keep it up! I saw on our Team Huddle Wall that your 8-yr-old is doing the Shred? LOL! What a wonderful inspiration you are to her. nothing wrong with that. I remember back in the day when my daughter was a tot and I was doing Richard Simmons' Groovin' to the Oldies (I think that's it). Well, she learned how to put the video in the VCR and would do it herself. So she is learning by your example.
