hi, I'm married white male retired homemaker and businessman. Have three kids, eight grandkids and three oooops four grand dogs. Was in great condition a couple of years ago befor getting sick and losing my way. Now I'm back, a little older and a little wiser searching for the most fun I can have on the road to perfection.

My Program:
 raw vegan/ Oooops guess I'm not now. I've discovered the joy of protein. Still base my diet on raw fruits and vegetables
Augment vitamin A&D
Weekly B-12 injections
Minimum 60 minutes a day exercise
Daily study of nutrition on spark
Daily encouragement to fellow sparker
Track food
Track exercise


Personal Information:
Believe people can change. I have changed and need to do so again.it doesn't need to be painful but it takes time and consistent effort.

Other Information:
 love the Internet. Just like having a library next to my recliner
