I love to meal prep! It has been one of my greatest tools on this weight loss journey!
I used to HATE exercise but now it has become a necessary habit and enjoyable part of my life!

My Program:
Strength training at least 2 days a week. Cardio at least 2 days a week. I have some free weights in my garage that have replaced the gym for me. I do a lot of walking and cardio dance type exercises. If at the gym, I enjoy speed walking inclines on the treadmills and cable machines.
