Introduction Text I love this site!!! I have learned so much here and chatted with so many great people! It's very inspiring. Every day I am so thankful that I was watching a show about weight loss while eating breakfast that January morning, or I would not have known about Sparkpeople. Thank you Spark for helping so many people! Update: 3/20/2015~ I was just reading My Goals on this page and am so proud of myself! I am doing great on getting rid of sugar! In fact, in the last year I've made great strides. I have gotten rid of 1 medication and am close to getting rid of another! JUST thru food choices! *Awesome*

to limit artificial sweeteners and sugar in my diet. record my food at the beginning of the day and stick to it. move at least 20 min. each day.

I have a new mindset this time! I'm eating the right nutrients and getting exercise and hopefully the pounds will find somewhere else to live!
