Introduction Text I''ve been on this journey of health for about 7 years and its been full of ups and downs but I have learned a lot! I've found more than just a diet, it's a way of life! I have taken control of my lifestyle and exercise 6 days a week. I'm loving the direction that I've taken with my life because I am strong, happy, and healthy! I find myself rotating my exercise often to keep it fun and interesting. I am lucky to be married to a chef who explores with healthy foods and spices to keep things exciting! I spend my time with my two young adult kids, am active in church and find fun activities to do with my hubby like dancing and thrift shopping.

To continue to find new, fun weight training activities. To lose another 5 pounds at my own pace. To find get my kids more active and to help them enjoy fitness as much as I do!

I have lost a lot of weight and I feel so wonderful! The most I've ever lost in my life as a yo-yo dieter. That's because I yo-yo no more! Through healthy eating and exercise I have found a new lifestyle. I have been involved in crossfit, working out at my local gym doing strength training and cardio. I always switch up the cardio and find new, fun ways to do strength training. It's what keeps me progressing and going back for more! I try to eat a whole foods diet with fun and new recipes that keep me full and away from those bad snacky foods.

I'm a busy career woman with the best husband with two awesome kids. My kids have grown up so fast at 15 and 18. Being divorced, I did not think I could find such happiness again, but I was wrong! It has been an eye opener for me.

"Life is what happens while you are busy making other plans." - John Lennon.....This is my favorite quote because for many years I let life get away from me. I want to live for today and what makes me happy.
