    Thank you for the blog comment. I agree it is about how I feel as opposed to the actual number, it just confuses me when I am trying to see the results of the past week. Had a little too much wine and cheese last weekend, and expected to see a gain.

    But I feel great, so I can't complain.

    Hey! Thanks for commenting on my blog. Sparkpeople is free and its a great program, but if you get a WW calculator, you can find out a point for a food in 3-5 seconds. Its so much easier than logging everything in online. Sign up for the free week with WW online, do a quiz to see how many points you are allowed and you can quit. For every 10 pounds you lose, drop a point (with me im 196/27 points, when i get to 189-180, i will drop to 26 points). Thats the trick to it. Give yourself 35 weekly points and follow the 8 healthy guidelines and it will work for you. Hope everything works out for ya ;)
