    I feel your pain! I'm right there with ya, I have RA and it's a struggle to move and exercise when everything hurts! Hope you're doing alright, take care! :)

    First off, way to go on adding the ticker! You acted like you weighed 500 pounds and I get over here and you only weigh 238. Jeepers, that's just about what I weighed when I started. You can do this. In just 18 weeks I'm down to 184. It's really great!

    Where in the world do you get chicken sandwiches at a bball tourney? I coached middle-school girls and I never got chicken sandwiches. My how times have changed. Take a baggie of walnuts and raisins with you or a grab some fruit. If you plan ahead, you'll be one happy camper come Fridays. If you can climb those bleachers honey, you can walk. All your pains will slip away when you weigh 140!

    Saw you on the team page and thought I'd pop over and welcome you! You've taken the first step to becoming the person you always think of yourself as being!

    You act as if weigh-in day is a bad thing... I LOVE WEIGH-IN DAY! I finally get to see the results of all my hard work from the week. It's the motivation I need to keep going.

    Hey, where’s the daggone weight ticker? Do you think any of us want to tell the world what we weigh? NAHH!! How are we supposed to know when to come over and congratulate you or give you a good swift kick when you need it?? Come on, post it!

    Here’s how:
    To post your weight ticker, click EDIT MY SPARKPAGES on the top right of this page. Then scroll down and you'll see the tickers. Put in your info and pick a ticker and a marker. Then click a tiny box that says something like "SHOW MY TICKER". Most importantly, before you leave the page, click SAVE MY CHANGES at the top right under EDIT MY SPARKPAGE. Always click this when you make a change to your page before you leave. This should do it. : )

    I’m always happy to help anyway I can. Also, I give free advice and don’t charge a penny, so if you don’t like it, you’re not out anything! : )
