    I'm ready to lose it, now. I have never dieted before in my life. No history of yo-yo weight loss and gain, no "I've tried every diet in the book" , no nothing. Into my thirties, I still weighed less than 110. But two small children and a difficult marriage have left me at 211 at the age of 44. I've tried walking, my old standby, but to no avail. I used to walk about 6 miles a day and it kept me quite fit. Now I'm up to 3, and I see no difference whatsoever. So, I've begun tracking calories, counting grams of fat per meal, riding my bike to Curves every day, and now.... creating a page at SparkPeople. I'm ready to do the hard work. I don't want to look like a 20 year old, I'm proud of being 44. I earned these crow's feet the hard way! (c: But I would really like to run around the yard with my little ones, and I'd really like to look in the mirror and like the way the dress hangs on me. I'd like to have a waistline again. Honestly, I'd like to wear a size 8 again.
