Introduction Text Well, thought it was time to "really" tell you a little about me. I am a 52 year old female. I have struggled with weight issues since my son was born, well actually probably way before that I have been on a 'diet" of one kind or another all my life, but, not until my son was born did all "h*ll" break lose. I had toximia and I balloned out to well over 200 pounds from 139. After he was aproximately 3 or so, I went on Nutrisystem dropped 60 plus pounds...was I satisfied of course not. I was on a mission, I dieted till I was below 115 I was looking like a scarecrow, but I thought I looked great my husband (now deceased) was paniced and told me to start eating, well I leveled out, after a time, to about 139. This weight I maintained for aprox. 7 years, then my husband died...yup u got it, I remarried quickly after, was a bad marriage, and I balloned out to 300 pounds plus...5'3 I couldn't walk across a room. I was killing myself with food to escape my abusive marriage. One day, I woke up and said enough threw him out, lost about 100 pounds on Nutrisystem.... Then I remarried to my wonderful Yankee. My weight still well over my ideal body weight but I felt so much better losing the 100 so what did I do? Start eating again, junk food anything that was destructive, WHY???? My low sense of self, my own sense of unworthiness. WEll, on July 14, 2008 I looked at myself and I could see I was gaining weight again, and I said enough, enough is enough. I have everything I want, my life is wonderful no more of me destroying me, I am worth it. Funny, this is probably the first time in my life I am doing this for me and not for approval or a man, or some other outside affirmation. To drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. To do some for of exercise at least once a day. To lose 50 pounds by Nov. 15/2008
