One Day At A Time
Hi, I'm Sarah and I'm currently in university! I'm here to begin a new, healthy lifestyle that will enable me to not only lose weight, but to also feel stronger and more confident. Non-scale victories are an important part of my program, and so far I've enjoyed things like looser clothes and being able to walk around more.

Update January 2019: I've lost 100lbs! Through all the bumps along the road I am so happy to finally have achieved this milestone in my weight loss journey. I started out at 333lbs wearing a 4X top and size 24 bottom, today I wear a 1X/2X top and size 16 bottom. I'm able to walk around to all of my college classes easily now. I have more motivation and feel less tired also. I still have a long way to go but I'm really excited with these changes so far!

Tracking what I eat every day, incorporating more physical activity into my day (e.g. walking to class instead of taking the bus), and focusing on a low carb, natural foods (e.g. lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, etc.) diet with some occasional intermittent fasting.
