    Choclate Lowfat Muffins
    Ingredients

    2 T Egg Whites or egg beaters
    3/4 cup non fat milk
    2/3 cup applesauce, unsweetened
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup oatmeal, quick
    1/2 cup splenda sugar blend for baking
    1 T baking powder
    1/2 cup raisins (optional)
    1/c walnuts (optional)



    Directions
    Preheat oven to 400. This makes 12 muffins
    Beat egg sub. with fork in mixing bowl. Add applesauce and milk. stir well.
    Mix dry ingredients and then add to applesauce mixture, stirring until just moistened. Fold in nuts and raisins.
    Grease muffin tins well.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
