Introduction Text Did Atkins diet a few years ago and lost 50 pounds but the evil fat has plagued me again so I must battle it once more. I need to think about food differently especially snacks. I'm curently writing a novel about sex crazed zombies. I love horror films, graphic novels and books. My favorite bands are Radiohead, Prodigy, and Kotton Mouth Kings. I graduated from Southridge Senoir High. I also recieved my associate degree in communications at Miami Dade. I also majored in print journalism at FIU. I also recieved an associate degree in Network Administration from Rasmussen College. I've yo-yo dieted my whole life but now I know diets dont work. To lose 90 pounds and be looking hot in no time. To think about food differently. Work out daily. Work on my book everyday. Be a good friend to those I love. Get on a better sleep schedule besides the vampire one Im on now. Eat Breakfast. Drink more water. Over come my fears and do all the freaky things I wanna do.

Walking. Reading more. Using this site daily. Keeping in touch with my friends. Getting friends togeather to excersise. Losing the weight slower than I usually do to keep it off.
