My Goals:
It is FEASIBLE to expect to lose 10 lbs a season, 40 lbs for 2021 year.

It is FEASIBLE to look at weight loss in a simpler manner; behaving "as if" you are already at your goal and acting accordingly.

It is NOT FEASIBLE to expect drastic loss.
I did it the jackrabbit way... lost 80, gained 70 back... time to take the turtle route.

It is NOT FEASIBLE to hold your mind hostage with constant rules, worries, and standards. Be kind to yourself. Break the cycle of guilt.

GOALS SET 1/1/21. GOAL CHECK 12/31/21. GOALS RENEWED 1/1/22.
Long term goal: to weigh 170 within 3 years.

This gives me a goal of 37 pounds yearly to lose.

We all know November-December is a difficult time to lose, so this will be my maintenance period.

So, aiming for 40 lbs a year, but during the first 10 months.
4 pounds a month.
1 pound a week.

10 pounds a seasonal challenge. Making my 5% will be a bonus. :)

My Program:
Snack mindfully.
Indulge on special occasions with the portion size.

New fitness routine for Spring (begins 4/3):
Walk 30 min daily
ST 10 min in mornings
20 min row machine (10 morning, 10 before shower at night)
Cubii for 60 min daily

Personal Information:

Mommy to a 5 year old sweetie

Here are Sunday's words of wisdom: โ€œLife is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Donโ€™t resist them; that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.โ€ โ€“ Lao Tzu Have a Marvelous Motivational Monday. Hugs, Barbie

    Happy June,
What does it mean to you?
For me, I embrace the longer days, I get to put in my vegetable garden and grow food.
I am in awe of what one tiny little seed can do in such a short span of time.
Each and every one of us are Seeds..
    our thoughts are the seed,
our belief puts it into action
our thoughts and choices day by day bring to us what we desire.
    What do you desire?
