I have been a Spark Member since 2007, I think? haha A Long Long time...
I venture off to other social media sites, but always come back to this one. It is my favorite. I am not big on "teams" because I forget to go to the team pages and check in, and I don't like having to change pictures on my spark page to represent whatever team I am on. That is just too much! If anyone knows of a team, that is just basic, check in with friends, post weights and exercise..that is fine but all the other jazz makes me coo-coo I am a busy busy person, I need simple....

This piece of my profile will include a few things... Where I am, My Why and Where I am going!!

Where I am: A 46 yr old nursing student first and foremost!! I have completed my 1st year, and have 1 year to go before I am Brande M, RN! I am so excited for the journey I am on. Is it tough, heck yes!! It is the hardest thing I have ever done, however, I wouldn't change my decision for anything.

My Why: I do not want to be a Registered Nurse advocating good health , yet, I am over weight. I want to be Be a Registered Nurse, who is in GOOD HEALTH and who can advocate for my patients, and educate my patients on being healthy. (I am not saying over weight nurses are not good advocates or educators, I am saying FOR ME , and only ME, this is one of my motivators.) Just as, I used to be a smoker, I no longer smoke. I am making changes inside and out, so when I graduate, I am ready to take on my new role!! (Again, this doesn't mean nurses who smoke who not good nurses. You absolutely are, and you are still wonderful, it is just MY perception about myself)

Where am I going will be my weight log:
I have 90 lbs to lose.... So lets get started!

5/25/22: ***Nursing School Graduation** can not wait to see what this number will be. (Goal weight is still 145)

My Goals:
My Goal is to get BACK to my goal weight, I am bummed that I have put pounds back on, however, i know its all about of life, and its a part of this journey. The key part to this journey, is to know when you've had enough. It is time for me to Get back on the SparkWagon!! I can do it and I WILL do it.

Running back to the 130's baby!

MINI GOALS... each one = mani or pedi :)

1st mini goal: 215
2nd mini goal: 205

FINAL GOAL: 145

Then I will learn who to live in the maintenance part, so I do not gain it all back AGAIN!

Gym... 6 days a week, whether I feel like it or not!
