My shadow is getting skinnier!This us the farthest I've been able to walk in a day. Yes, it's walker assisted. But the distance and time are satisfying.Stewed tomatoes, onions, and zucchini, with couscous and shrimp. 260 calories and just delicious.Today I'm a milliner. I bought a (did you know Finnish keyboards don't have the dollar sign on them?) 5 dollar hat yesterday. Today I removed the blue and white grosgrain ribbon and replaced it with black sparkly ribbon and added a (sort of flower). The button is one from my Great Grandmother Caitlin's collection. I think it looks better.
Now I can do some serious walking. Posted a photoHalf way!140 pounds in 10.5 months. I'm close to 299 which I haven't seen since (?) my 30s? Happy dances for everyone!FINALLY!
