A week in on doing the plantar fasciitis therapy doing the massage the rolling the ice bottle rolling in the anti-inflammatory it's helping some I know it takes a while. If anybody has any other tips I'm also doing the stretches. I would love to hear it thank you all so much

Is this really too distracting or unnatural color? My daughter put red in her hair for a family friend that died in a school shooting and school wants her to remove it. It's lighter now than it is in the picture

Anyone have any heart healthy recipes low sodium low fat. Ended up going into the hospital on Monday does it come home this evening. Possible seizure stroke was a small stroke found a hole in my heart. Have to go back for surgery. Have to follow up with Cardiology tomorrow. Have to take it easy but still keep moving to avoid clots. So any part information from anybody would be amazing thank you very much

My heart monitor I get to wear for a month. Depending on the test results depends on if I qualify for her surgery or not. I go back and see the doctor after they get the results.

My sewing partner today. While I'm working on masks.
Heart Surgery went well. Home resting and recovering. My service pup I think missed me. Have to follow up with the docs in a week. My sister passed the day before my surgery and I am hoping I am feeling up to go to the viewing. It's 7hrs away. Hope everyone is well. And i am so thankful to be here hugs
