The statement it true, though. Being alive each day is a special occassion, so live it up and make each day count.I tried something new this morning. I usually eat eggs for breakfast (either hard boiled or scrambled) but I am egged out today so chose oatmeal instead. Normally I cook my oatmeal with pumpkin pie spice and add a dollop of agave nectar, but this morning I decided to flavor it with a bit of instant coffee and a splash of chocolate extract, with the usual dollop of agave nectar. It was delish! This would be perfect for an April Fool's Day party!!!Being healthy isn't just about eating right and exercising. You have to care for your mind and emotions also. Relax, and recharge.
