Add 1 for the cream in my BPC and I'm good from now until at least 5. Today I felt like waffles in the garden... Made the waffles, but stayed inside. Same recipe as the pancakes yesterday plus Maple bacon coffee (Day 2 Day brand) w/Cream, uncured bacon from Trader Joe's and an avocado. Love me a #keto breakfast that will carry me through the whole day!! #keto breakfast for dinner... Yep. #ketoAlso made some Pumpkin Pie Bites (fat bombs) from TasteAholics. Used gound Walnuts instead of chopped pecans. Next time I would put in a blender; stirring doesn't mix the pumpkin, oil and coconut butter thoroughly. I'd also prefer pecans as written. Definitely like them. #ketoI usually do two meals a day and make a pretty decent breakfast. (Coconut fathead bagel, 1 egg, 28g of uncured BH boubon ham, 28g of an arugula/spinach blend and 64g of avocado). I also drink BPC or whatever you want to call it throughout the morning. I'm down 107# from my highest weight ever (not all, but most lost on #Keto) and start the 2018 Fall 5% challenge tomorrow. Best wishes to everyone participating!! A "slice of mushroom heaven" (from Lisa Mills on blogspot) tweaked to add asparagus, 56g of Avocado, 110g of cottage cheese w/1T nutritional yeast, 3 slices of TJ uncured bacon, black lava sea salt and caramel apple BPC #keto71g of an arugula spinach mix, 14g raw onions, 28g each of tomato and cucumber, 28g of an apple cinnamon cheddar and 4 oz chicken tenderloin w/2T of a vegetable vinaigrette. Dinner when you're #ketoReason 1001 for not watching TV while eating. I spent a good while trying to get that elusive "arugula" leaf off the side of the bowl. Yeah... the one painted on... behind the acorn and berries.I realize I'm a crappy picture taker and these plates do not always lend themselves to see what is plate and what is food, but I like em, LOL. I recently also decided that I like using bigger plates because it reminds me that I can and do eat less food and am so very satisfied! 2 fried eggs, 36g uncured bacon, 28g kale, 56g avocado cooked in 1T unsalted butter. This time I did use half n half instead of cream and added asparagus. 1 serving; add 20g onion, 1t rosemary & peppercorn olive oil, 18g uncured bacon and 28 g cheddar with olive. Today's beverage is tea.I find now that the weather is getting colder, I prefer one bowl, one pot meals to individual items. I'm also finding that by switching the way I distribute protein and fat at mealtime, I'm eating less serving wise, but more calorically, nutritionally and macroally (yeah; I know that's not a real word), on point. 56g rump roast sauteed in 1T butter, a serving of my cabbage with cream, nutritional yeast, coconut aminos and butter and 14g of mascarpone for dessert. #ketoSpent the afternoon with good friends sitting around a nice warm fire in breezy 42 degree weather. Time for a hot dinner! I love, love, love love throwing stuff together in one pan!!! Sometimes it works, sometimes not so much. Today was all about finding a job so there was plenty left. 256 cals, 8g carbs, 21g fat, 14g protein and 6g fiber. #ketoSometimes a girl just wants pancakes. Not going to use it anymore.
