Slightly time consuming to cook, measure portions and package individually, but SO worth it! Here’s to a Happy and Healthier March! 👍🏻I feel a bit like a turtle with how slow the process seems, but then I remember the story of “The Tortoise and The Hare” and I’m tempted to do a Happy Dance around the house. 234.0lbs this morning! I started my Journey January 1 at 254.8lbs...tracking my meals (and snacks!) and activities on SparkPeople have made such a difference in my life!is I feel so decadent! About 3oz of Smoked Trout...151 calories and oh so yummy good!(Smoked fish is my â€œguilty pleasureâ€, I donâ€™t get it very often, but when I do I savour every last bite!)I ventured into the great outdoors today only -4C (25F) but too much ice. I’m doing a “Mini Celebration” after my minor set back on the weekend. I’m back to where I was before the Whoopsie Burger (a.k.a. Wendy’s Smoky Mushroom Bacon Cheeseburger). =^_^=In response to RD0387’s earlier post...=^_^=Almost to my “Monthly Goal”! Just a wee bit more! 2lbs ‘til I reach my Short-Term Goal Weight!Despite being totally unmotivated this morning, I still managed to get up and Move! (Only 2 more times to go! Sometimes I need the reminder of WHY I’m trying so hard to increase my Water Intake (especially since I don’t like the non-taste of plain water).FINALLY! I’ve finally moved passed that blasted block! Yay! For the last 2 months I’ve been stuck fluctuating between 215 and 220lbs...this morning the numbers on Mr. Scale finally registered something NEW! 214lbs as of this morning!
