Still working on completing my 8,250 steps per day . Now instead of frying my fish my granddaughter told me to start baking . Taste pretty good
Read the 100 and it seems everything have sugar. I started counting everything I put in my mouth today. Pretty hard when you are use to just popping food in the mouth without thinking about it scary with what all I was eating
Today I really realize I am not following the 100 correctly. I am going to reread the book again
So glad today is Friday. Because no work Saturday
Thought I would lay around today but had to take care of business glad I am. Beautiful day a little chilly at least not raining or snowing

Walking walking and more walking is my new motto
Now turned 60 beautiful years. I am now up to 10,250 steps per day. I have been able to get into clothes and actually zip and button them up. I still have a lot more weight. That's okay I can do it.
Well I am now up to 11,000 steps per day and now riding my stationary bike for 30 to 45 minutes a day. Working hard but it is worth it. Each and every day.
