Happy Birthday to my husband. He is 70 today. All his tests last week confirmed that his cancer is still in remission. He has been my best friend for 50 years. I’m so happy for him today!
Today I am grateful for all my blessings small and large. If I focus on gratitude I value each day as a gift. Wising all of you a safe, healthy, and blessed Thanksgiving. We are celebrating on Zoom.

Today is my 67 birthday or, as they say, my 67th revolution around the sun. I treasure all of you and our mutual aim for good health and happiness.
We had a wonderful time at the ANA Inspiration LPGA golf tournament in Palm Desert. Sunny, 75 degrees, flowers everywhere, snow on the mountains, great golf and lots of walking (13,000 steps-6 miles)
A walk in the So. Cal. drizzle then a fire and the Super Bowl.
Our So. Cal rain is gone and it is 72 degrees. A beautiful walk yesterday afternoon gave me this view of our mountain and the full moon rising. Counting my blessings and looking for small miracles!
We are resting and recuperating after a wonderful 4 days of family, friends, and dogs and 3 nights of sleep overs. Lots of fun, food, laughs, noise, and gratitude. Happy New Year Spark friends!!!!!

I’m remembering my brother, Brad, on the 1st anniversary of his death. I know he’s with my dad and twin brother, Russ. I smile when I think of this trio in heaven.

Today is a huge milestone and blessing for me. I am 16 years sober today and so grateful for every little blessing amongst all of life’s challenges. Here’s to our good health and happy living!
We had to put our sweet Molly to sleep this morning. She gave us 14 years of pure joy and love. We are so, so sad today but filled with gratitude the wonderful memories.
Today is our 46th Wedding Anniversary. I look forward to many more years filled with love, blessings, challenges, and surprises. 
It has been a year of many blessings & challenges. I reached my 2017 walking/jogging goal of 600 road miles this morning. I had to be patient with myself & stay the course. Thank you Spark friends!!!!

We had a wonderful day at Knott’s Berry Farm for his belated birthday present. We go every year at this time. Gorgeous day, 85 degrees, no crowds. (Yes, he stayed seated....ha ha)

It has been a great birthday week with so many fun family get togethers. I'm counting my blessings tonight!
Another beautiful walk at sunset tonight! Couldn't begin to capture the bright pink sky, the crescent moon and Venus illuminating the evening. Tomorrow I see the surgeon for my 10 day post op. 
My husband and I spent the day on an end of the school year field trip to a water park with our grand kids. SO MUCH FUN!
I just got back from a 2 hour yoga workshop on forgiveness. Peaceful way to begin the weekend. Sending out Spark love today!

I'm continuing to look in the mirror each morning and say positive affirmations and express gratitude.
On my walk this afternoon my shadow was so long and lean. I started reciting a poem I memorized as a kid by Robert Louis Stevenson called "My Shadow". I was shocked how much I remembered. 
I just had to post this cute guy, just in case you haven't smiled today. Happiness is within our grasp today if we stop to smell or mingle among the flowers. :-)
Today we celebrate our 45th Wedding Anniversary! What a ride! Feeling very blessed!
Brunch out and a movie with DH, then home for wild card play off games with some treadmill, pool cleaning, and mopping thrown in. Good day ahead! Sending cheer and good health to you all!
