I think I have more chins and they are way to kind on the thighsMy 4hr bod salad..Baby spinach, romaine lettuce, spring mix, grape tomatoes, chicken breast and red kidney beansNot sure if my 2nd lunch is slow carb but it is healthy and delicious. Butternut squash noodles sauted with garlic, spinach, chicken breast strips and red kidney beans with a side of brussel sprouts.Went out for lunch and got grilled Shrimp tacos with no cheese on lettuce leaves. It was delish and the chef knew to use dry slaw without having to ask! YummyToday's lunch was late but still slow carb. Baby spinach, spring mix, romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, baby cuke, cannellini beans, chia seeds and lite asian dressing (ginger and soy)Lunch today....baby spinach, romaine, spring mix, onion, chicken breast, chia seeds, black beans and lite asian dressing. Side of broccoli. I was running late and tbrew the salad together and forgot the cucumber and tomatoes!197 lbsA little late posting but here is today's lunch. I added a little raw slaw for crunch to baby spinach, spring mix and romaine, with tomatoes grilled chicken breast strips and chia seeds. I have a new french vinaigrette.Lunch was veggie kabobs made in my grill panAfter grilling with bread dip seasoning.Dinner tonight: White chicken chili with cauliflower "rice". The chili is made with cannellini, great northern and butter beans; organic chicken stock, boneless skinless chicken breast; diced tomatoes with garlic and basil; diced green chilis; chopped onion; and chili seasoning from our farmer's market.My lunch was the last skewer of the veggie kabobs. I chopped the veggiez and sauteed with black beans and chicken breast.
