I'm done for the day. 1000 steps each hour. Could have been more but not bad considering I was driving most of the day.
Pancakes with peanut butter and banana oh so good!
Happy dance down to 183.2!!!! Breakfast banana/ peanut butter smoothie with oats and chocolate silk almond Milk! Oh yum
Trying this for dinner. I added kale and a little cheese.
Dinner zucchini red and green cabbage and yellow squash!
I did it!!!
I did this today! I went walking while the other drivers sat and played games on their tablets and called me crazy! So what I just kept on walking!!!!!

Mango, watermelon and cherries! And 2 hard boiled eggs for protein. Yum

Brunch 1 chicken sausage cut in half wrapped and mango and cherries. Just making the best of it.
My brunch banana wrapped in a tortilla with peanut butter, mango, cherries and a tortilla with cinnamon and a hint of sugar the last item may not be the best but it's better than the chocolate chip cookies I wanted.

I'm not going to focus on doing 30mins or 45mins o d exercise at one time! I will now be doing 10 to 15min mini but strong workouts throughout the day to reach my 30 to 45min goal!
Chinese chicken salad for dinner.
Steak with green bean and corn. I trimmed the fat from the steak and cooked it in the air fryer. Yummy!
Fun time with the hubby out at the range.
Not too bad. But tomorrow will be Fitness Friday not black Friday!
My lunch butternut squash soup and 3 orange chicken bites. Yummy
Glad my girls are tired tonight. Yesterday they kept running up and down the stairs.
I'm pisting this because I plan to have one hell off an after photo this time next year!!!..
I enjoyed a little walk before breakfast at a shopping center now off to the fitness room. Its smoked salmon not ham or bacon!

Well I didn't make it to 20,000 steps but I did try. And I'm proud of that! The old me would have just sat in my bus but I got out and moving!
#fitbit instead of sitting in my bus at 2 field trips I walked and did my 10 situps and crunches.
This is our dog Fifi. She sits and makes sure I get in 30 mins on the bike!
Me staying on track yesterday. I think i did good. #BeforeAndAfter I got so full eating fruit I didn't want anything else.
The face of VICTORY! 30mins on the elliptical and I wanted to stop 5mins in!NEVER GIVE UP!
Reat day but I did my plank
Plank and squats done still have the cardio to do.
Got in 30mins on the bike 10 squats and a 20sec plank. All before starting my busy day.
I had a heve late breakfast at 12pm lol full of protein a chicken and spinach omelette with hash browns and lemon water.
I got in my 10 squats for today and started the 30 day plank challenge.
Dinner grilled steak fat trimed off 🍟 and a salad with a tall bottle of water.
Completed 30mins on the elliptical!
It still early in Las Vegas but I have completed 2 of 3 goals for today 10,000 steps and clean eating. I still have to watch a video on Intermittent fasting.
