f-stroganoff/ but I changed out the noodles for Barilla Protein Plus (which are veggie noodles), doubled the mushrooms, and used lean stew meat (cooked med rare). Then switched for cornstarch instead of flour - I think it's creamier. My husband and kids *LOVED* it, and I made extras for lunch tomorrow. ♥️🍴🍴🍴

protein-cookies/ They looked TOTALLY unappetizing and unappealing before we baked them, and the dough was SO sticky (something the recipe didn't really prepare us for) so I had to flour our hands to work them into balls, but these are flourless (mostly now lol) and shockingly they turned out super cute and delicious! Very happy we made them :)
