Today I'm celebrating NSV (nonscalevictories) I've only lost 2lbs since I started 2 weeks ago. However, I've been up and moving. My face is already starting to slim down, my clothes are fitting looser, each day I walk I walk longer, fast, and more distance. So I'm winning! #keepsparkingMade smart choices while enjoying my birthday weekend. I'm so proud of myself. I didn't lose weight this week but I maintained it. How about u?Made a superfood soup today. The noodles are made with zucchin, broccoli, spinach, and kale. I added vegetable broth, chicken, cabbage, spinach, tomatoes, garlic and shallots. I found these at Wal-Mart.This salad sang to my heart! Spinach, arugla, romaine, purple onion, sweet peppers, feta, oven roated turkey, english cucumbers, and avocado. #healthyliving #keepsparking8 cups of tropical fruit infused water ready for work!
