At least I can make a mean salad!Turkey wrap (low carb wrap!) with carrots, watermelon and a cheese stick 😋So it’s not a big deal but I’m annoyed that when I go to my log it shows the real progress bar for my calories but then after 1-2 seconds the bar disappears. Anyone else? Just me?🤪456 cal
What do you think?Got out for a walk with all my boys even though Mother Nature insists on continuous snow!I don’t think I’ve been having enough carbs in my diet (what?!) and some of you suggested grapes for a night time snack. I know this isn’t the best time of day for eating but here’s my night time snack. Better than ice cream I guess 🤷🏻♀️One of my favorites, and so easy!Not too bad for a SAHM, right? I’d argue that’s 24/7 exercise 😂Messed up today with pizza for dinner, a sparkling margarita and a cookie but I have a few more steps than yesterday’s 7k 😜This is the closest I’ve been to my goals! Usually I have a higher fat and protein and lower carb count. (I do try to be relatively low carb) but I’m also missing 1% 🤔😂I slipped up and bought this stupid thing, it didn’t even taste that great. I ate 2/3 of it and threw theis last piece away. It’s hard when I get to go to the store and be alone for a few min...Fitbit only measured .66 of my 1 mile walk because I was pushing this 60+lb stroller 🙄 but hey! Even being taco night I feel pretty darn good about today!!Creamy garlic parmesan chicken and rice with a side salad 😋Not the greatest dinner but I’m still proud of myself for this. I’ll tell you why in the comments...220 calorie brownie sundae. I don’t believe in complete deprivation. Somehow I still only had 1600cal today.Menus for my husband and I for the week and a dinner menu for the family. It’s the same every day and I never have more than 1 cup, and most times I don’t even finish it. Sorry I’m always posting my food but I feel like It holds me accountable...not that you guys are counting on it 😂Down to the next decade!I never want my kids to be concerned with why I don’t have fun with them, including occasion fun meals. It may set me back a bit but I’ve gotta show them it’s still ok to live a little.Yesterday the pancakes and today the mini doughnuts- it’s so hard to do this with three littles who want all the fun! Decided I’m gonna hit it hard this week, it’s my final week for my diet bet! Super bowl is coming 🙈This. Was. Delicious.
