I mixed my banana Smoothie before going to bed so all I have to do is add ice in the morning and mix again before I had off to work.
Great low carb snack I get at Public Grocery deli dept. My son who is a type 1 diabetic loves the non breaded chicken wings because they are low carb.
Made my Smoothie for in the morning so all I have to do is add ice and blend it like a milk shake. I experimented with adding low fat blue berry yogurt, 1 banana, two strawberries, 1 teaspoon of honey, vanilla flavoring and 3/4 cup of low fat milk.
