One of my goals this year is to do a successful pull up. I'm a beginner at them, and this is me doing my first negative chin up series. After a couple tough years I gained back 40 pounds of the 75 I had lost. I'm rebounding and losing this weight again. Check out my sparkpage for a longer update. Both my breakfast and dinner have plenty of protein so I was able to go lighter for lunch. #lunchSpaghetti squash topped with sauce. The sauce is made from tomato, Italian seasonings, ground turkey, onions, mushrooms and garlic. A tasty way to get lots of veggies in. Plus I grew a ton of spaghetti squash in my 2020 garden.Burrito for lunch. It was delicious.
