I busily found myself on the other side of the camera, but I stumbled across this and yikes!! For anyone who doubts it can be done, DONT!! It just takes rime, determination and the ability to forgive yourself for being human and making missteps along the way. The leg t is me at my highest of 252 +/- lbs and the right is me currently at 140, just 5 lbs from my goal. #SparkSuccessSee this image largerChuckle for the daySee this image largerA beautiful start to what promises to be a fantastic Friday!See this image largerShe portrays my current mood at the moment. 🤣 Love my little fur princess! ❤See this image largerIive the relaxing feel of watching an afternoon storm roll over the island....See this image largerA beautiful end to a soggy run. So relaxing I tend to forget about time and distance. D ONT get me wrong, I would rather be running, but until that ligament heals I am glad I have my bike. #biking #getlostSee this image largerI love a sandwich for lunch. It is quick, easy, filling and can be very low calorie. But, using bread makes the carb count hard to keep down, so I found these wraps at walmart. Low calorie, low fat, high protein and low carbs. #WinSee this image largerDaily chuckle...See this image largerReally missing my morning runs, but this isn't so bad. Another bike ride in the books. Almost have my self convinced I want to do the Conquer the Coast ride in September. 60 miles along the coastal bend in Texas. 🤔See this image largerIt is so easy to lose yourself in the ride when it is so open. I always carry my phone, mace, plenty of water and a repair kit.See this image largerTalked my darling hubby in to a nice coastal bike ride with me. It claims to increase metabolism, suppress appetite and promote weight loss, which I don't really believe that a tea can do all that but it is CHOCOLATE and you can't go wrong there, right? I like it as it is calorie free yet has a nice light sweetness to it for those times I have a craving. Going to try it iced next. 😁See this image largerMy lunch visitors.
