See this image largerStarted at 379 a month ago down to 357 now. Working on being more active and setting a better example for my children. Don't want to ever see them in the same boat as me if I can help it. Since the day I started I have not had any pop or processed foods, tracked my food and have been within range, and also have worked out for 30 mins at least 3 times a week. These things are quite an accomplishment as I usually give up barely 2 weeks in. I'm going for the long haul this time. :)See this image largerDown 40lbs as of this morning. I just can't believe how easy it is to take care of the people I love but when it comes to me it always feels selfish to make time to care about me. I'm really working on learning to take care of me, but why is it so hard.....uhgg. I know its because i havent been as diligint in tracking as i was in the beginning, and indulging in more carbs than i should be.
