See this image largerStarted at 379 a month ago down to 357 now. Working on being more active and setting a better example for my children. Don't want to ever see them in the same boat as me if I can help it. Since the day I started I have not had any pop or processed foods, tracked my food and have been within range, and also have worked out for 30 mins at least 3 times a week. These things are quite an accomplishment as I usually give up barely 2 weeks in. I'm going for the long haul this time. :)See this image largerDown 40lbs as of this morning. And feeling amazing. 😊 but even better my daughter told me while scratching my back "I can feel your spine cause all those layers of fat are gone now." lol...kids are so refreshingly honest but I love it.See this image largerDown 50 lbs as of today...feels so good to hit this milestone.See this image largerI'm typically a very happy person and even though I've lost 52 lbs somedays when i look at myself in the mirror all I can feel is disgust at the fact that I let myself get this way. I just can't believe how easy it is to take care of the people I love but when it comes to me it always feels selfish to make time to care about me. I'm really working on learning to take care of me, but why is it so hard.....uhgg. Just venting....See this image larger(1 comments)See this image largerSee this image largerPosted a photoSee this image largerPosted a photoSee this image largerPosted a photoSee this image largerPosted a photoSee this image largerSee this image largerPosted a photoSee this image largerSee this image largerPosted a photoSee this image largerPosted a photoSee this image largerPosted a photoSee this image largerPosted a photoSee this image largerLike the 2 mile bike ride i took with my girls tonight, that i couldn't even think about 4 months ago :)See this image largerI used to give up so easily if i got off track, im focusing on picking back up right where i derailed and continuing to chug along. And make not only each day a new day but each meal a new chance to do right.See this image larger67 lbs down. From 380 to 313 as of this morning. :)See this image largerPosted a photoSee this image largerGood morning :)See this image largerPosted a photoSee this image largerNSV~ was able to sit in a theater seat without it digging into my hips and sides and causing bruises.....its the small things :)See this image larger(1 comments)See this image largerFrom 380 to 310 as of this morning. :) 70 lbs and counting. Cant wait to be below 300.See this image largerFeel the burn!See this image largerGood morning. Its gonna be a wonderful day😀 make it count.See this image largerDown 70 lbs, making a small reminder of how far i've come. Maybe the remimder will keep me on track, Im geelimh stuck the last few weeks. I dont ever take full body pics but maybe I should soon for comparison to the only one i have. I see the puffiness in my face starting to go down. And can finally sit in the car with room between me and the steering wheel. Its little the little things :)(1 comments)See this image largerBeen a little frustrated with my self this month. I keep teeter-tottering back and forth 5 pounds. I know its because i havent been as diligint in tracking as i was in the beginning, and indulging in more carbs than i should be. Today im going to kick myself in the butt and get back on track.See this image largerEvery workout and every meal is a new chance it get it right. So make every sec/min/hour/day a new one and make it count. More positive than negative. And dont let a slip up throw your day/week/month of progress out the window. You can do it. I have to tell myself this or i succumb to this exact mentality.See this image largerFrom 380 to 308 been stuck for.almost 2 months. I am determined to get below 300 by my 40th birthday next month. I got this! 😊See this image larger"Never forget where you started. Never forget how badly you wanted change. Never forget how hard you fought just to start. It's hard but worth it. "See this image largerGetting it in!See this image largerFrom 380 in February to 307 today at the Drs office.
