I hate making up my own salads. If forced into the decision of building my own salad I will make a ceasar every time. Today I am trying a salad kit that I grabbed while out shopping with my client. It's a maple bourbon bacon chopped salad. It is absolutely delicious and I think next time I am going to add some grilled chicken to it.
I made it to my fasting goal for the day and ate a bowl of oatmeal with ground flaxseed and unsweetened coconut 😊 super proud of myself for not adding brown sugar to it. Cutting out sugars is hard so baby steps.
