Trying to get more fruits and veggies into my day. - cucumber, tomato, avocado with egg whites and Colby jack cheese!
Down 15.4 lbs since Aug 1st. Picking my hard and going To keep with it.
Only 15lbs but I went from wearing a 5x work shirt down to a 4x. I think I will buy a 3x and make fitting in to it be my September goal. #BeforeAndAfter
Finally hit 10000 steps. Day one of my 30 day 10000 step goal!
Went back to the gym today and used the treadmill and got 11569 steps in. Now off to bed. Goodnight all!

Fellow walkers how do you heal blisters faster and what do you do to prevent them. They donâ€™t really hurt but they are large and thick and take over the ball of my foot.

Walked a new trail and got all of my steps in.
Finished the whole month of September & met my goal! Walked everyday and got in at least 10000. Today was a personal best with 16354! Plan on making 10000 steps my goal for October too.
My husband joined me today to complete a 5.2 mile trail. It was a perfect day. Got in over 16000 steps. My personal best so far!! We saw ducks and turtles too.

Weigh in Saturday 227.4. My spare tire is starting to sag so not as noticeable. Can squeeze into my 18s without laying on the bed. Still a long way to go. #BeforeAndAfter
Most steps ever so far!! Great way to finish off the month.
