Happy day spark peeps!See this image largerSo yesterday some folks asked me about my protein pancakes.. the recipe is 2 eggs, 2oz cream cheese, cinnamon and some stevia to taste.. I put it in my ninja pulse till smooth then pour it on a griddle (in little pancakes)heated to about 325.. you have to let them cook till you start seeing the edges look done.
