Hanging In There

I have actually started exercising. I keep having to pull the demo up on the computer to make sure I do them correctly. I have the hardest time with my breathing. I seem to want to exhale and inhale opposite of what I am suppose to. Still not getting enough protein in my diet. I have such a hard time with that. I am not that into meat or lentils so it makes it hard. I am working on it though.

Am doing good with my other goals. Have not missed but maybe one day since Jan 1 of reading my Bible. I am still ahead of schedule on that. Am almost finished with Eat, Pray, Love. I limit my reading time on that one to one or two sections at a time. Still spending way too much time on SparkPeople. Currently I am not having bouts of depression which is phenomenal for me!!!

    Sounds like you're on your way...and you know when you screw up...Good for you!!!! When I'm doing my yoga, not so much now but when I first started I kepted doing the breathing opposite of what it should be...can't believe something so easy was so hard for me...but I finally got it figured out...You keep up with your tasks and I'm sure you'll be reaping the rewards soon...
