Okay I know it is not going to stay this easy...

Sunday, February 24, 2008

Okay so 3 days and I have lost 3lbs. I know it's not going to be easy but it's definitely keeping me motivated. I have a very long way to go and I am not attempting to hit my future goal of one hundred and something in the near future. But I have met a few new friends on here who are letting me know that I am not the only one. And I can honestly say I feel at home here. And it feels great. I just have been being very honest with my self my intake of nutrition and exercise precisely. Well the 3 days on here and I've lost 3 lbs, I know it's going to get harder and I know I probably will not loosing anything but I know I can do it. I have told my self I am not going to slip this 8 glasses of water I thought would be easy but I really measure out my glasses to make sure, the first day 3 glasses and that was all I drank all day, today I made sure I hit my 8 glass mark. No sodas, no candy, and I just watch that I stay in between the intakes. And I jog/ran for 90 minutes yesterday and 60 minute today. I figure everyday I will walk, jog, stretch, and just try not to over do it with in my limits. Well if your reading this thank you for reading this, it means allot to me! *hugs* xoxo Melissa

Keep going, Melissa! Looks like you have a good start! It's good that you know it's going to be a long road, but if you just look at it as one day, it'll be easier. You can do anything for just one day, right?

    Good luck with your goals.
