Small Steps and Mini Goals

Just want to share a few weeks ago I wasn't sure if I could re-focus and get back on track...but I did it ..I set up small 5# goals . I made it to the first one..now only 20# to go. I made it and I almost sabotaged myself by not keeping a positive mind. But by setting small steps ...we can do this.
