Day # 4 DTP

Well the day 3 which consist of soft proteins went fairly well ...but still dealing with some head hunger when I start to feel a little bored or stressed just need to listen closer to my body . I actually felt full 1/2 way thru my meals and that's when I need to stop ...mind over matter ! So I am getting the minimum + water in daily and I do feel better over all. And not so sluggish and can't wait to walk nightly.
The bonus is the scale is actually starting to more downwards.
Today is the start of day 4 more proteins can be added and should be able to feel tightness of the pouch even more than yesterday. Just need to keep on track with more water, more protein,more movement and most importantly listening to my body.
I was doubtful at first but this is helping remind me of how hard I worked to make this life change by choosing the surgery in the first place and getting me get back on track!
