Make Excuses or Make a change

I keep telling myself I can either go with the excuses for not exercises or I can make a change in my life and body . Which will it be left or right....right or left. There are always choices and CHANGE IS my choice for me. It's really not that hard, it's the getting started and stop thinking the world will stop if you exercise. No it won't and if it does at least you go out in better shape (LOL).
