1. Wear Pedometer. - Done
2. Walk extra 500 Steps for BLC6 Mini Challenge. - Done.. I think?
3. Pack healthy Dinner & snacks for work.- Done
4. Start getting out of that work chair!!!! No min yet, but make effort to add more activity. - Done
5. Stay strong against vending machine temptations. You are stronger then a bag of chili cheese Frito's! - FAILED! I ate chili cheese fritos & they were soooo good. :-(
