I decided to write down my goals as a reminder of what I want to accomplish. I had a fitness assessment and the trainer told me to write down all the goals I wanted to accomplish even if it wasnt related to fitness so that I knew what direction I was headed. Because if you don't know where you're going then it won't matter right - is that what the cat said in alice in wonderland? I can't remember the exact phrase but you get the gist of what I'm trying to say.
So here they are: Be healthy and fit, Lose at least 100 lbs. but preferably 200 lbs., have a six pack of toned abs, be able to shop anywhere without always having to shop in the plus size stores, sing back up in a band, go on a cruise and be able to feel comfortable with whatever I'm wearing, go bungee jumping and not worry about the rope breaking, go to an amusement park and be able to go on all the rides, start a family and have kids, eat a balanced meal every day, exercise every day, do something meaningful for someone every day, control my diabetes to the point where I won't need to take pills, watch my sugar intake, and now it begins......I'm sure I'll have more goals to add but its a start for now....whew! I'm already out of breath and I haven't even started....ha!ha!ha!
