TODAY- I achieved my personal best.

I just had to share... my scale is FINALLY moving downward again. I reached my all-time low. Okay, it was a mere 2 ounces lower than my lowest but I've lost the 6 lb birthday gain! WOO HOO! (Monday, April 21st was my birthday, last week was my husbands, the week before was my daughter's. Whew!)
I did 5.7 miles on the elliptical in 30 minutes which is my personal best! I walked fast and did 30-second jogging spurts here and there (I don't know how many but it was ten or more.)
• I worked-out 1-1/2 hrs (45 min strength plus 45 min cardio)
• Burned LOTS of calories (according to my heart monitor)
• Max heart rate of 154
• Average heart rate of 125
I joined Spark People and started my weight-loss journey Sept. 18, 2007 and I have lost 42 lbs & 14 inches during this time... slow but steady and continual.
I continue to LIVE my new passion: ACCEPT NO EXCUSES!!!
