So the last time I officially weighed in on my ticker was 2/11/08 and it was at 192.8, so I've managed to gain 10lbs. why? My birthday, my birthday wee, my birthday month, swamped at work, Easter, Leanndra's birthday, Myches birthday, too busy to go to the gym...dumb excuses. So now here I am and it's almost May, spent last weekend kicking it poolside and that was enough to kick my lazy attidude to the curb. In March when I was "making a comeback" I didn't go to the gym once, yesterday I was there for 45 minutes... not as long as I used to be there, but a good effort. Today I have packed my lunch and my gym bag and I'm heading straight to the gym after work. I will do this! I have summer coming, I have a date with a bunch of friends from High School in July, It's too dang hot for my boobs to be this big hahahahaha There are more reasons for me to get in shape than excuses not to... I just have to keep reminding myself of this
