I have realized that I am in way tooooooooo many challenges on Sparks! I love sparks, but too much of one thing is never good.
I am taking a HUGE step back to regain my baby step attitude I started with. So with that in mind.. My goals are small and simple.
I will not attempt to upgrage my goals until I am easily maintaining the current goals I am working on.
Goal 1 - Drink WATER! I do decent with this, but I am not consistent from day to day. I struggle to get my water in on Saturday & Sunday.
Goal 2 - If you can't track it.. Don't EAT it! Get back into the habit of tracking my dinning pleasures. This goal is not to stay within range, but to start the habit of tracking. Also to help realize just how much I consume and how badly I need to move on to the next stage called "Portion Control".
Goal 3 - Not an athlete just yet, but that is ok. Gotta get the body moving everyday. Time & distance not important only getting up everyday and making the habit of daily exercise. One minute is better then none!
